Are you a Credit Suisse employee who is hesitant to join the lawsuit?

We are aware that joining the lawsuit against UBS may be difficult for Credit Suisse employees for various reasons. In particular, against the background that Credit Suisse is currently being integrated into UBS and thus it will be decided whether employees will be transferred to UBS or terminated. For this reason, the "Swiss Association for Investor Protection" (Schweizerischer Anlegerschutzverein, SASV) guarantees that your participation in the lawsuit will be anonymous (as it is for all other participants) until such time as any settlement negotiations with UBS are commenced, at which time you may decide whether or not to disclose your identity to UBS. This would only be necessary in the event of an out-of-court settlement.
