The legal representatives of the Swiss Association for Investor Protection (Schweizerischer Anlegerschutzverein, SASV) were granted access by the Zurich Commercial Court to the documents submitted by UBS. The new findings obtained from these documents were subsequently submitted to the court as part of a supplementary filing presenting new facts and evidence.

The Swiss Investors Protection Association (Schweizerischer Anlegerschutzverein, SASV) continues to receive reports from investors who have suffered financial losses through so-called RTPF (Range Target Profit Forwards) or similar UBS products. The SASV sees indications of inadequate risk disclosure and calls on affected individuals to have their claims reviewed.
